Anthology of George Washington's writings and speeches, published three months after his death, with appendix of responses to Washington's death. Unsigned dedicatory preface to Martha Washington. Appendix actually exceeds the length of the book itself! Features a crude but interesting diagram displaying the arrangement of Washington's pallbearers.
